問題:領取學位證書要帶那些證件?
答:畢業生辦理離校手續完成後,請攜帶本人身分證明文件(學生證、身分證、駕照或護照居留證等,可明確辨識出本人之證明文件)於上班時間至教務處教務組領取。
問題:本人無法親自領取學位證書可否委由他人代領?
答:委託他人代為領取者,須備妥畢業生本人委託書(貼妥委託人證件正面影本)。請代理人攜帶身分證明文件(學生證、身分證、駕照、護照或居留證等)及委託書到現場領取。

答:
一、申請方式有四:
1.親自至校辦理,請備妥身份證正本及正面影印本(非本國籍請提供護照或居留證)。
2.委託他人至校辦理。委託領取時需檢附委託書(請至教務組-->表單下載-->證明文件-->01.委託書 Letter of Attorney For Student Information,貼好委託人證件正面影本。
3.通訊辦理:
(1)中文學位證書補發證明書申請表:請至教務組-->表單下載-->證明文件-->04.中文學位證書補發證明書申請表下載。
(2)工本費100元(影本另計)、郵資65元及郵寄信封封面。【現金、郵票、匯票(抬頭中國文化大學教務處教務組)均可】。
(3)上述資料請寄「111台北市士林區華岡路55號中國文化大學教務處教務組收」,以便郵寄證書。
4.網路申請(繳費驗證完成後約需兩個工作日製作):
境外生請至教務組-->表單下載-->學歷證件繳費系統(境外生專用)。
申請中文證書補發者,請於付款完成後將身份證明文件傳送至教務組信箱。

答:與學位證書遺失申請補發相同。
Degree Certificate
Question: What documents should I bring to collect my degree certificate?
Answer: After completing the graduation procedures, please bring your personal identification document (student ID, national ID, driver's license, passport, or residence permit, etc., any document that clearly identifies you) to the Academic Affairs Office during office hours to collect your degree certificate.
Question: If I cannot personally collect my degree certificate, can I authorize someone else to collect it for me?
Answer: If you wish to authorize someone else to collect the certificate on your behalf, you need to prepare an authorization letter from the graduate (with a copy of the authorized person's ID card attached). The agent should bring their identification document (student ID, national ID, driver’s license, passport, or residence permit, etc.) and the authorization letter to collect the certificate.

Question: How do I apply for a replacement degree certificate if it is lost?
Answer:
There are four application methods:
- Apply in person at the university. Please bring the original and a copy of your ID card (for non-citizens, please provide your passport or residence permit).
- Authorize someone to apply on your behalf. When authorizing someone to collect the certificate, you need to provide the authorization letter (please download the form from the Academic Affairs Office --> Forms --> Certification Documents --> 01. Letter of Attorney For Student Information, along with a copy of the ID card of the person authorizing the request).
- Apply by mail:
(1) Download the application form for reissuance of the Chinese degree certificate from the Academic Affairs Office --> Forms --> Certification Documents --> 04. Application for Reissuance of Chinese Degree Certificate.
(2) A handling fee of NT$100 (additional charges for copies), postage of NT$65, and a return envelope with your address. [Accepted payment methods: cash, stamps, or money order (payable to the Academic Affairs Office, Chinese Culture University)].
(3) Please send the above documents to:
"Academic Affairs Office, Chinese Culture University, 55 Huagang Road, Shilin District, Taipei City, 111," to facilitate the mailing of the certificate.
- Apply online (after payment verification, it will take about two business days to process):
Overseas students should go to the Academic Affairs Office --> Forms --> Degree Document Payment System (for overseas students).
For those applying for a Chinese certificate replacement, please send a copy of your identification document to the Academic Affairs Office's email after completing the payment.

Question: The school only issues a Chinese degree certificate upon graduation, but I would like to request an English version. How do I apply for that?
Answer: The process is the same as applying for a replacement degree certificate.
